J.L. Chassin was elected president of the Freshman Photography Club, it was announced yesterday by E.P. Little, Faculty advisor of the organization.

Others elected to positions were R.H. Davis, treasurer, and G.H. Harder, E. Weiss, and Poor who make up the Executive Committee.

The Photography Club is a new organization for Freshmen, having become active only last February when a dark-room, the cost of which was defrayed by the Union and the College, was established in the basement of the Union.

The Club is now well established and equipped, having a professional enlarger and printer and all necessary material for developing films. Among further equipment which the Club hopes to procure is a miniature enlarger for the many enthusiasts in this type of work.

Plans for the season are not yet definitely formulated, but the club intends to hold meetings with speakers who are outstanding men in various branches of photography.
