NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

In the third of a fall series of broadcasts sponsored by the Guardian, Morris B. Lambie, professor of Government, chooses "Localism and 1938" with which to exhort radio audiences over WAAB this evening.

Speaking at 7:30 o'clock, Professor Lambie will consider in his talk the need for greater coordination among the various local units of government in order to alleviate the burden of taxation placed on the average American.

He hopes for Localism to prove a barrier to the tide of Centralization in the coming years through a reform of the condition of local government.
