NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Former Chancellor Heinrich Bruening will give his last Godkin Lecture today at 4 o'clock in the New Lecture Hall. The first two in the series were given Monday and Tuesday of this week.

In his previous lectures, Bruening traced the constitutional development of Germany from the end of the war until 1931, showing how financial burdens had imperiled his country's stability. Proportional representation was also blamed for undermining the people's faith in democracy.
