As soon as news of the serious illness of Oliver Wendell Holmes '61, former Justice of the Supreme Court, reached Cambridge yesterday, his old friend, Felix Frankfurter, Byrne Professor of Administrative Law, Left immediately for his bedside in Washington.
Mr. Holmes, who will be 94 Saturday, March 9, has always employed one of the most brilliant Law School graduates, as his secretary during his long career.
