Deacons Will Dance to Music of Joe Nevils' Alabama Aces

A formal dance will be held tonight in Kirkland House to the music of Joe Nevills Alabama Aces from ten o'clock until two in the morning.

The list of patronesses is as follows: Mrs. Walter E. Clark, Mrs. William Ferguson, Mrs. Milman Perry, and Mrs. Clyde Kluckholm.

The ushers are: George E. Mercer '36, head usher, John E. Barnet 5C, Richard Maguire '36, Howard P. Miller '36, Arthur Notman, Jr. '37, George F. Stubbs, Jr. '38, and Frederick B. Taylor, Jr. '37.

The Alabama Aces are twelve colored musicians, formerly with the Little Harlem Night Club, whose feature is "Sweet Sue," played on Coca Cola battles.
