Students who are golfers will be interested in the news that since the close of the college year in June, the City of Cambridge has opened a new municipal golf course at Fresh Pond. This course which is a nine-hole one is within the city limits and can be reached from Harvard Square within a few minutes. Although non-residents are charged a higher fee, we are informed by the Park Department of Cambridge that students will be classed as residents which means a green fee of $.50 for nine holes, or $.75 for eighteen holes. In addition, there are fall memberships available for the remainder of the season.

The course and club house is located at the upper end of Huron Avenue in Cambridge. If going by street car take Ruron Ave, Car at Harvard Square sud get off at Aberdeen Ave.
