When the confetti battle is waged in the Stadium on Wednesday afternoon, June 20, more than 3000 graduates will have taken part in the Class Day exercises. This number, which promises to be a record, is due to the fact that the ceremonies and the Yale baseball game are taking place on the same day. As a result, a larger number of men have signified their intention of taking part in their reunion parades.
The newly graduated class of 1934 will be represented by 1000 men, 1928 by 100, 1924 by 150, 1919 by 100, 1914 by 200, 1909 by 1000, 1904 by 100, 1899 by 100, 1897 by 100, and 1894 by 100. Neither 1884 nor 1931 have sent in reports as yet.
Each of these classes, arrayed in their costumes, and accompanied by bands and mascots, will meet in a specified dining hall for lunch. Afterwards, 1884, who will be celebrating its fiftieth reunion, will lead the younger men in a parade to the Stadium and later to the ball game.
