Award Given For Eminence of Work In Field of Chemistry

Presentation of the Theodore William Richards Medal to Gregory Paul Baxter '96, Theodore William Richards Professor of Chemistry, will be made at a meeting of the Northeastern Section of the American Chemical Society tomorrow evening at 8 o'clock.

Chairman of the International Committee on Atomic Weights, Professor Baxter is widely known for his work in accurate determination of atomic weights and measurements of densities of gases and liquids. The medal is awarded biennially for "outstanding eminence in the field of pure Chemistry."
