Featured by a speech by President Conant and by several outside entertainers, the annual Freshman Smoker will be held tonight in the dining room of the Union, at 8 o'clock. The committee, headed by Garrow T. Also on the program will be speeches by the three officers of the class of 1937: Thomas H. Bilodeau, Jr., president; Franklin D. Roosevelt, Jr., vice-president; and Anthony S. J. Tomasello, secretary-treasurer.

The refreshments will include doughnuts, gingerale, and cheese. As souvenirs of the occasion, churchwarden pipes, clay pipes with long stems, will be distributed to the class. Cigarettes have been furnished by the Philip Morris Company, and will be distributed in small packages during the evening.

The following men are on the committee which made arrangements: Henry M. Adlis, Charles S. Bellows, John MacI. Callaway, John L. Davidson, Jr., Emile Dubiel, Charles W. Hubbard, 3d., Charles W. Kessler, Peter H. Knapp, William H. Lane, Jr., John R. Mahoney, Peter B. Olney, Charles H. Thieriot, Jr., and Edward A. Timmins.
