To The Editor of the CRIMSON:

The anonymous donor of a sum to be used for the creation of a fellowship for the development of at least one public servant who is truly entitled to that name should meet with the hearty approval of the College and the country at large.

When commissions are being created overnight by the President, it is indeed comforting to realize that at least one civil servant will be adequately prepared to meet the tasks which a program so extensive as that of the administration requires. V. H. Kramer '35.
