FRESHMAN ELECTIONS TO START TODAY IN UNION

1937 Will Vote for Two Days To Choose Three as Class Officers--20 Men on List of Nominees

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Elections for the officers of the Freshman class will take place in the Union today and tomorrow at lunch and supper. The officers to be elected are President, Vice-President, and Secretary-Treasurer. A committee appointed by the Student Council is in charge of the voting. All ballots that are not signed are automatically invalidated.

The officers have no very specific duties, but they are the official representatives of the class, and as such transact any official business that the class may have, preside at meetings of the class, and arrange for the various class functions.
