Presenting its third concert of the season, the Boston Symphony Orchestra will play before a Harvard audience in Sanders Theatre this evening at 8 o'clock. The following program has been arranged: Hill  Symphony No. 1 in B-flat major, Op. 34 Toch  "Big Ben," Variation Fantasy on the Westminster Chimes Brahms  Symphony in E minor, No. 4, Op. 98
