Game Today Called Off For Lack of Men As Adams Plays Winthrop

The Eliot House Elephants will seek their laurels elsewhere than on the gridiron this year, due to their inability to turn out a full team for their scheduled games. Those few who have been turning out hopefully will probably continue to play, forming teams with the odd members from other House squads. If enough men are present today, an informal game with the Brooks House team will be played.

One of the decisive games in the league, the Adams-Winthrop game, is scheduled to be played at 3.30 o'clock this afternoon. The Gold-Coasters now share the league leadership with the Lowell House Bellboys, while the Puritans, who were last year's champions, have won one game against Kirkland House.

A third of the games for the season have been played, and the team standings are beginning to take a definite form.

The positions now are: Team  Won  Lost  Tied Adams  2  0  0 Lowell  2  0  0 Winthrop  1  0  0 Leverett  1  1  1 Kirkland  1  2  0 Dunster  0  1  1 Phillips Brooks  0  3  0
