Professor Felix Frankfurter, recently returned from a year's professorship at Oxford, will make his first public address on Sunday evening at Ford Hall Forum. The subject of his address will be "An American's Observations in England and Palestine."
During Professor Frankfurter's stay in England, he was impressed with the necessity for friendly relations between England and the United States.
This problem of our country's relations with England, unless happily solved, "will jeopardize the very national well-being which is our immediate preoccupation."
Professor Arthur M. Schlesinger of Harvard will be the guest chairman. After Professor Frankfurter's speech, there will be a general discussion.
