The report of the Student Council on the House Plan is now in process of completion, it was learned yesterday, and will be submitted to A. C. Hanford, dean of the College, shortly after Commencement. The report will be published in the CRIMSON and distributed to the House Masters, chairmen of the House Committees, and others in the fall.

The report will deal chiefly with the problems of room rents and of the upperclassmen who live outside the Houses and their relation to the House Plan. It will take up also House athletics, the method of admitting Freshmen to the various units, and the principle of the cross-section.
