The Varsity nine, now tied with Columbia for first place in the Eastern Intercollegiate baseball league, with four victories and one defeat in league games, will play its ninth contest of the season when it meets a powerful Tufts aggregation at 4 o'clock tomorrow afternoon at Soldiers Field. Tomorrow's encounter will be the first of a two-game series between the two colleges, the second contest to be played at Medford on Saturday, June 17.

Coach Mitchell will probably start Taylor on the mound for the home team tomorrow.

The Jayvee baseball team will meet Cambridge Latin School at Soldiers Field at 4 o'clock today. The Harvard lineup will be: Fitzpatrick, 2b.; Kiernan, ss.; Lee, 3b.; Murphy, 1b.; Sutcliffe, lf.; Fletcher, rf.; Jacoby, cf.; Thom, c.; Lanier, or Victor, p. The Freshman baseball team will meet Andover at Andover.
