Three Harvard graduates starred at London on Saturday afternoon as Oxford won the annual Cambridge-Oxford track meet for the first time in seven years. N. P. Hallowell '32, star miler on last year's Varsity track team and Olympic entrant last summer, won the half-mile run for dark Blue in one minute, 55 4-5 seconds.
On the Cambridge side, Oscar Sutermeister '32 came in second in the 100-yard dash. Sutermeister won the pole vault by clearing the bar at 11 feet, 9 inches. He then secured permission to make a special try and vaulted 12 feet, 7 inches to set a new inter-varsity record. Four other Americans also scored.
