No action on the election of a successor to President Lowell was taken at the meeting of the Board of Overseers yesterday afternoon. There was no discussion of the next president of Harvard, it is understood, and no names of possible candidates were mentioned. The appointment of four Senior Fellows was the principal action taken at the meeting.
The next stated meeting of the Board of Overseers will be held on Monday, April 10.
