Hindmarsh Publishes Book

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A. E. Hindmarsh, Assistant Dean and Instructor in Government, has written a new book entitled "Force in Peace," which is now being published by the University Press, and is expected to appear about the first of March. It deals, as its title indicates, with the use, by modern nations, of force not legally war. Its purpose is to show the difficulties which arise from this use of "force in peace" and to suggest changes in the modern machinery of international relations which will enable such actions to be legally recognized and dealt with accordingly.
