Michael Karpovitch, assistant professor of History, and Dr. Merle Fainsod will hold an informal discussion concerning the recent social and political developments in Russia at 7.45 o'clock tonight in the large Common Room of Lowell House, following dinner at Kirkland House. The lecture is under the auspices of the Foreign Student Committee and constitutes the third meeting of the International Council. The meeting is open to all University members.
