An improvement in academic records by members of the Senior Class, accompanied by declines for the three other classes over 1932 is indicated by the preliminary report of the November records of undergraduates, issued yesterday at University Hall.

The percentage of unsatisfactory records among Seniors at November dropper from 7.5 last year to 6.6 this November. At the same time, the percentage of unsatisfactory records in the other classes increased as follows: Juniors, 6.9 to 7.3; Sophomores, 11.7 to 14.0; and new Freshmen, 17.7 to 21.8.

Dropped Freshmen showed a slight improvement, from 32.2 last year to 31.4 and provisionally classified (transfer) students from 23.1 to 20.8. The percentage of unsatisfactory records for all classes increased from 12.3 to 13.8.

The record this year is almost exactly the reverse of that a year ago, when ax. improvement was shown by each classification of the College except the Senior Class.

Final enrolment figures for all classes in the College as indicated in the report are: 1932-33  1933-34 Out-of-Course  72  42 Seniors  611  650 Juniors  734  707 Sophomores  807  948 Freshmen (All)  1117  1050 New Freshmen  1051  983 Dropped Freshmen  62  67 Provisional  52  53 ALL CLASSES  3390  3450
