FRESHMAN ELEVEN TIES EXETER IN DULL GAME

In an uninspiring contest played Saturday on the Varsity field the Freshmen were held to a six to six tie by Exeter Academy. Gordon Clark scored for Exeter early in the first period with a plunge through right tackle and a fifty yard run for a touchdown. Wilson's kick for extra point went wide. The score was tied in the third quarter by Thomas Bilodeau '37 for the Freshmen with two field goals, one from mid-field and the other from the twenty yard line.

Aside from this the match was slow, consisting of a punting duel between Bilodeau and Exeter's Kagain. The prep-school suffered a serious loss in the first period when Captain Hamelin Turner left the game with a pulled cartilege in his left knee.
