MOCK COURT MARTIAL WILL BE ENACTED IN ELIOT HOUSE

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

A mock court-martial will be enacted by members of Military Science 4 at 7 o'clock on Monday evening in the Senior Common Room of Eliot House. The proceedings are to be open to residents of the house in so far as the capacity of the room permits.

About 18 men will take part in the court-martial, which has not been put on for two years. The case in point concerns an enlisted man accused of larceny, and the whole affair is intended to familiarize Military Science students with such proceedings. Colonel W. S. Sturgill will officiate, although the actual trial is entirely in the hands of the students.
