University and Freshman wrestlers yesterday completed eliminations for the Navy meet on Saturday, which will mark the first encounter of the two teams in many years. Although the Navy grapplers were recently trounced by Oklahoma, they have one of the strongest teams in the East.
Throughout both University and first year eliminations, the regular team members had little difficulty in holding their own against other aspirants. P. O. Johnson '33, University star last year, has returned to the team and will occupy the 145-pound class in his first bout of the year against the midshipmen. J. H. Crandon '33, who wrestled against Chicago in the last meet, was unable to get his weight down to the 135-pound class, in which he wrestled last season.
