TROPHY JUG APPEARS FOR LOWELL AND DUNSTER RACES

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Making a surreptitious appearance, a trophy has arrived to recognize a successful Spring's performance on the Charles by the derbyclad Lowell House eight.

A rare porcelain jug, of the "Thunder" variety was recently found on the piano in the House common room, together with a framed inscription from the anonymous donors reading: "This bowl is presented to the Lowell House crew in recognition of its undefeated season, and is to remain a perpetual trophy of the annual Lowell-Dunster race."
