A Harvard Freshman debating team defeated the Exeter team by a 2 to 0 decision yesterday at Exeter. The Crimson team argued on the affirmative of the question: Resolved, That a college education is worth while. A. E. Phillips, captain of the 1934 team, was on the Exeter team that defeated the Harvard Freshmen last year.
The men arguing for the Crimson were M. A. Hoffman '34, J. R. Jungblut '34, and A. E. Phillips '34, while those on the Exeter team were Barber, Brown, and Cherrington.
