CHINESE HERE PLEDGE DEATH IN SUPPORT TO GENERAL MA

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

"Pledge death supporting your continues resistance against invaders" was the wireless message sent to General Ma Chan shan in Taitsihar, China, by the Harvard Chinese students, as announced recently by P. C. Kno, president of the Harvard Chinese Students' Club. He has also declared that no students would leave the University to flight in Manchuria.

At the last meeting of the club, a special committee to deal with the Manchurian situation was organized, and a resolution was passed that all Chinese students will exert every effort to back up the four points submitted by Dr. Alfred Sze to the League of Nations as the basis for settling the present dispute.
