At a meeting of the Harvard Rifle Club the following officers were elected for the coming year: David Weld '34, president; J. A. Booth '33, secretary; and E. V. Seeler '32, treasurer. Next Tuesday evening at 7.30 o'clock a gathering will be held for the purpose of taking in new members. All students in the University are eligible, Freshmen and graduates included.
Previous experience or the possession of a rifle is not necessary, the sole requirement for entrance to the Club being the membership fee. At the moment it is intended to confine shooting to the use of 30-30 calibre rifles on the Arling on range, but if enough enthusiasm is shown the formation of pistol and sub-calibre teams may be undertaken.
