University Orchestra Issues Call for Players and Managers--Dance to Follow Battle Concert

Trials for the Harvard University orchestra (Pierian Sodality of 1808) open to all members of the University will be held tonight and tomorrow night in the Pierian Sodality room of the Harvard music building at 7:30 o'clock. At the same time all former players of the society are asked to register

The University orchestra is composed of members interested in playing classical music Concerts are given in the vicinity of Boston during the early part of the year and later programs are given at various preparatory schools and colleges A concert followed by a dance is to be held at Brattle Hall in December.

A competition open to University students for assistant manager will begin tomorrow Candidates are asked to report at 7 o'clock in the muscle building.
