Eastern Standard time will officially become effective tomorrow morning at 2 o'clock, when all time pieces will be set back one hour throughout Massachusetts, other Eastern States and Canada.
The section of the country effected by this action has been regulating its movements according to Daylight Saving Time since April 27. The one hour of sleep lost on that occasion will be made up for as a result of this adjustment.
