J. W. Hallowell '31, number four oarsman in the Harvard first crew, did not row in regular practice yesterday afternoon, due to a slight cold which has troubled him over the weekend. His seat in the first boat was taken by C. F. Hovey '32, whose regular place is number two in the Jayvees. Hovey's seat in the second crew was filled yesterday by R. I. McKesson '31.
