Westinghouse Asks Bridgman to Take Post at Plant

That Dr. P. W. Bridgman '04, head of the Department of Physics at Harvard, has accepted an invitation to become a member of the Scientific Advisory Board of the Westinghouse Research Laboratories, was announced recently by S. M. Kintner, manager of the laboratories.

The board, recently created, is to comprise five outstanding scientists from the universities of the United States. Its purpose will be to stimulate and guide Westinghouse research specialists and to bring to them the latest and most up-to-date theories in the various branches of science.
