Plans are now being made to organize the Harvard delegation to the annual League of Nations Model Assembly, which is to be held at the end of April, at Yale University. A. D. Langmuir '31, who is to head the University representatives, has announced that the first meeting to discuss the plans for the conference will be held on Wednesday, at 8 o'clock, in the Phillips Brooks House.
Costa Rica, Cuba, Sweden, and Venezuela, will be represented by the Harvard diplomats. Since the delegation is particularly interested in the Monroe Doctrine, it will concentrate its attention on the troubles of Cuba and Costa Rica. Information concerning these two countries may be found on the shelf of the reading room of the Library.
The delegates will be accommodated in the rooms of students at New Haven, so that the only cost will be that of transportation. Special arrangements may be made for those without the means to make the trip.
Among the colleges which will be represented are Yale, Radcliffe, Wellesley, Smith, Mount, Holyoke, Dartmouth, and Williams. Students from Princeton, the University of Chicago, and Vassar will act the role of observers.
