FLYING CLUB HAS USED PLANE OVER 100 HOURS THIS SEASON

Total Time is More Than Used During All of Last Year's Flying

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Activities of the Harvard Flying Club have so increased this year over last season that at this time the plane has been used more than 100 hours since college opened in the fall, which is approximately the same as the total flying time for last year.

This year's increase in flying time may be attributed largely to the fact that the plane has been kept in use throughout the winter. Even during the Christmas vacation, the plane was in operation on Long Island, and members of the club have been in the air a great deal during the past month. This is a decided change from previous custom, as last year the plane was dismantled and brought over to the Gordon McKay Laboratory where the members of the club worked to recondition it for spring activities.
