Ticknor Pounds Out Triple and Homer As Freshmen Beat Purple

The hard hitting Freshman baseball nine added the fifth straight scalp to its string by pounding out an 8 to 5 victory over the Holy Cross Freshmen yesterday afternoon.

B. H. Ticknor '31 led his teammates at bat with a triple and a home run, while B. H. Bassett '31 also walloped out a four-ply blow.
