The University fencing team triumphed over the Boston University swordsmen by a score of 6 to 3 yesterday afternoon at Hemenway Gymnasium. The bouts in the foils alone were contested, the epee and sabre events having been ruled out of the contest by mutual agreement.

The bouts were hotly and evenly contested throughout, and the excellent fencing of Captain C. B. Hollister '29, who won all three of his matches, proved the major factor in his team's victory.
