Cox Wins Lampy Award

The third annual scholarship of $1500 awarded by the Harvard Lampoon to a member of its editorial board was presented this year to Gardner Cox '28, it was announced last night.

The 'scholarship is given to a member of the Lampoon who has shown marked ability in either a literary or an artistic line. Cox, who is taking up drawing as a profession; has done many pictures for the issue this year. Among his works are the Faculty portraits, the picture of "Eddie" Morris, the well known announcer in the Stadium, and agreat many others.
