SENIOR NOMINATING COMMITTEE CHOSEN

De Laittre, Maclaurin, and Thayer are Among Men Selected Pickard Will be Football Representative.

Arthur Harold Harlow Jr. '29 of New York City was yesterday appointed Chairman of the Senior Class Nominating Committee by Winstow Carlton '29 retiring president of the class.

The other members of the committee named are: Gordon Huggins '29 of Montclair, N. J. John de Laittre '29 of Minneapolis minn; William Rupert Maclaurin '29 of Boston; Frank Augustus Pickard '29 of Concord Junction; Lawrence Milton Shaporo '29 of Brooklyn, N. Y.; and Richard Waterman Thayer '29 of Boston.

Announce Nominees Soon

Sometime in the near future this committee will announce a list of nominees for all the various Class Day offices. The first, second, and third Marshals, the Treasurer, poet, Orator, Ivy Orator, Odist, and Chaoister will be elected by the class from this group of men.

The Nominating Committee's list of candidates for the various offices may be supplemented after it is announced if a petition with the names of 25 eligible voters is presented.

Harlow has not set a definite date as yet for the first appearance of the committee's selection of names, but it is expected that this will be held over until next month. Last year the voting did not take place until the middle of December, but it will be held considerably earlier this year.
