CORPS OF 1200 DIVIDED IN SHIFTS FOR DINING IN UNION

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The West Point Cadets on their arrival here on Saturday are to be entertained by the Seniors in the first official "open house" held by a Harvard Class for football visitors.

Harvard and West Point have met 13 times on the gridiron but in each case the meeting has taken place on the Plains at West Point, and this is the first occasion on which the Harvard undergraduate body has had an opportunity to act as host.

Arrive Saturday Morning

The Cadets numbering some 1200 men will arrive in Boston early Saturday morning. After their official welcome in Boston they will proceed to Cambridge where they will detrain at the carbarns near Memorial Drive, and march up Plympton Street through the Yard to the Harvard Union in two shifts.

At Liberty During Luncheon

It is during the two hours allowed for luncheon that the Cadets will enjoy their only "liberty" while in Cambridge. While half the Corps is dining the other half will be taken care of by a welcoming committee under E. H. Sexton '29.
