Widener Holds Special Exhibits

The Widener Treasure and Memorial Rooms have prepared for the customary influx of visitors which class day and graduation brings to Cambridge with exhibits which contains books on the early history of the college and a collection of autographs.

In the Treasure Room the main exhibit is made up of a group of volumes representing the oldest printing done in this country and books from the library of John Harvard.

In the Widener Memorial Room a group of autographs which were sold during the Civil War by the Sanitary Commission, the Red Cross of that time, is on exhibit.
