Memorial Day will be observed in the University next Monday with special services at 12 o'clock in Appleton Chapel. These services will be open to the public, and Professor F.C. Moore Chairman of the Roard of Preachers will be in charge. The Right Reverend C. R. Brent of Buffalo, New York, Bishop of Western New York, and Overseer of Harvard College, will deliver the Principal address and Professor A. T. Davidson 06 will conduct the musical program
