NOMINATIONS ANNOUNCED FOR FRESHMAN ELECTIONS

ADDITIONAL NOMINATIONS MAY BE MADE BY PETITION

The list of nominations for the class officers of the Freshman class who will be elected on February 26, was announced last night by G. P. Sturgis '27, chairman of the Student Council Committee on Freshman Affairs.

For President

Robert Lee Summers Jr., of Brookline.

William Dickerman Vogel of New York, N. Y.

For Vice-President

James Elma Barrett of Leominster.

Arthur Lithgon Devens Jr. of Boston.

Francis Parker Kinnicutt of Far Hill, N. J.

For Secretary-Treasurer

Herbert Tenney Holbrook of Milwaukee, Wis.

Atherton Rogers Maynard of South Sudbury.

James Roosevelt of Hyde Park, N. J.

As in the past additional nominations may be made by petition. These petitions must be signed by at least 25 members of the class and must be handed in to the Student Council Committee on Freshman Affairs, 12 Massachusetts Hall, before 5 o'clock on February 24.

Polls for the elections, to be held on February 26, will be open in Sever, Standish, Gore and and Smith Halls. The preferential ballot will be used.

The Sophomores who will act as poll watchers will be under the direction of R. H. Stout '29. The complete list will be announced later.
