University Second Team Weakens After Scoring First--Final Tally Stands at 26 to 7

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

St. John's Preparatory School over whelmed the University Second team 26 to 7 yesterday afternoon on the Second team field.

Harvard scored first after a series of rushes down the field, F. S. Grant Jr. '29 making the touchdown, and Joseph Morrill Jr. kicking the extra point.

From then on, however, the Seconds faltered, their tackling and interference being particularly weak. In the second quarter St. Johns carried the ball down to the two yard line where Bellen scored.

The last half was a route. Cavaleiri out through the line to take Garrison's lateral pass out of the air, and then run 45 yards for a touchdown. Hammond scored another, and a few moments before the final whistle blew Fontane run nearly 50 yards for the third in that half.
