There will be a meeting of the Social Service Committee of Phillips Brooks House at 6.45 o'clock on Thursday to plan the year's work, which will be conducted under a different system this year. Last year the committee as a whole had charge of all the settlement houses. This year a closer personal connection will be established between the committee members and the houses by assigning from three to five houses to each man, who will be responsible for providing workers for his territory.
