POLOISTS FACE BATTERY A IN SECOND JOUST OF YEAR

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

The University Polo team will meet the strong Battery A horsomen in Commonwealth Armory at 8 o'clock tonight in the second tilt of the season.

This will be the first encounter this year in which the University players have been able to use their own ponies, which have been out of service until now because of a quarantine which has been hanging over the Armory. The mounts were moved in at the beginning of this week and the Crimson riders have been using them in the daily training sessions. As each player will be supplied with three mounts, frequent changes can be made and there will be no danger of tiring the untrained chargers.

The same team that crossed mallets with the Eli players, will enter the lists against the gunners. J. P. Cotton '29, playing in Captain Pinkerton's position, will take the number one position. W. H. White '28 will play number two while F. A. Clark '29 will hold down the third berth.
