Harvard will be represented in the B. A. A. two-mile relay race on February 5 at the Boston Arena, Coach E. L. Farrell announced yesterday.
The B. A. A. two-mile relay event is an open intercollegiate two-mile event at the B. A. A. games and with the addition of the Harvard team will provide the largest group of talent in a single relay as yet seen in that building.
Harvard, Dartmouth, Pennsylvania, Boston College, M. I. T., Baskell Institute and Bates will participate in the race, putting it on a competitive basis equal to the L. C. 4-A, championship event which comes later this winter at Madison Square Garden.
The Freshman relay team will also participate going up against eight other teams. These teams, as announced from the offices of the B. A. A. yesterday, consist of first-year combinations from Dartmouth, Boston College, Holy Cross, M. I. T., Georgetown, Maine and Pennsylvania.
