SECOND SEXTET MEETS CANTABS ON ARENA ICE

Cambridge Latin Team One of Fastest in Suburban League--Seconds Did Well Against Milton

The University Seconds will meet the Cambridge Latin ice squad at the Arena this afternoon at 3.30 o'clock.

This will be the second game of the season for the Seconds sextet. In a practice game last Saturday afternoon Captain Wylde's men lost an overtime contest to Milton on the Academy rink by a score of 5-4.

Lack of teamwork in the first period was largely responsible for the Crimson team getting the short end of the talley. The schoolboys had the Seconds 4-0 at the beginning of the first period. Goals by J. A. Hutchinson '28, Captain C.V. Wylde '27, L. S. Cunningham '29 and N. B. Smith '29 tied the score.

Wood's flashy goal in the overtime, however, gave his team the victory.

The Cambridge Latin team at this stage has a win and a loss to its credit Melrose defeated them 2-1, but they showed real calibre in defeating the strong Newton High outfit. Harlowe is the star of the schoolboy ice squad.

The probable lineup for the Seconds will be Cunningham an right wing. Smith at center, Hutchinson left wing. Wylde and Covel at right left Defense, Jackson goales.
