PROFESSOR COPELAND WILL GIVE ENGLISH 5 NEXT YEAR

NO WRITER ATTRIBUTED

Although he will be prevented from giving English 5 this year, Professor C. T. Copeland '82 intends to give the course next fall and for many years thereafter, he announced last night. It is only for this current academic year that he is unable to give Dean Briggs' former course and he expects to take charge of it in 1926-27.

At the head of the course this year will be Professor R. M. Gay of Simmons College. English 5 is described as an advanced course in English composition, and the number of students admitted to it is necessarily limited.
