Ton the Editor of the CRIMSON:
It has occurred to me that a census of America's college men as to whether or not Anica Los is right in saying Gentlemen Prefer Blondes would be of great interest to all newspaper readers. Ever since the book first appeared this controversy has been going on, and now that the play has opened, discussion has become more heated. College students should be able to decide the issue, and I thought you would be in a position to put the question to your fellow students.
Do you think it would be feasible to query the student body as to its individual preference in the matter? Of a uise I realize that it is rather late in the school year to do very much just now, but anything that you can suggest or do to help me secure this information would be deeply appreciated Will you be good enough to let me know what you think of the idea and what you can do to carry it out now or in the fall if you think it would be better to wait until then. Marian Spitzer.
