POLO TEAM FOLLOWS PONIES TO NATIONAL INDOOR TOURNEY

The University indoor polo trio will entrain for New York city today for its first match of the Class A National Handicap Tournament to be played in the 105th Field Artillery Armory tonight. The team which will ride against the Crimson three tonight has not yet been picked.

The University ponies were shipped to New York last Thursday, where they will remain until the end of the tournament. The Crimson riders will return to the University between matches, it was announced yesterday by Captain R. A. Pinkerton '27.

F. D. Stranahan '26 and Alexander Shaw '28, numbers one and two respectively will accompany the University leader. The tournament is open to teams with handicaps of 13 or more goals. The Yale three, with a 22 goal handicap, Pennsylvania Military College with 16, and Harvard with 16, will be the only college entries. It was announced definitely last night that the Crimson riders will enter the Intercollegiate Tournament in New York at the end of this month.
